Below is a list of available positions along with a brief description of the duties and responsibilities for each role.

Cook- Responsible for preparing food in a fast-paced ballpark kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for food safety and quality. This position ensures fans receive fresh, safe food in a timely manner during games and special events. Responsibilities include operating grills and fryers, preparing menu items, maintaining a clean kitchen, and following proper sanitation procedures. Applicants should have previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment, be comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced setting, and demonstrate strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.

Cashier- The face of the Flying Mummies concessions experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, processing food and beverage transactions, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling cash and point-of-sale systems.

Team Store Associate- Assist fans with purchasing Richmond Flying Mummies merchandise and memorabilia. Responsibilities include running the register, restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean store environment, and assisting with inventory tracking. Accuracy, friendliness, and a willingness to engage with fans are key qualities for this role.

Ticket Personnel- Greet guests as they enter Don McBride Stadium, scan or collect tickets, and assist fans with directions or seating questions. This role requires a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide helpful and welcoming customer service to all fans entering the ballpark.

Usher- Assist fans in locating their seats and ensure guests are enjoying a safe and organized experience throughout the ballpark. Ushers should have strong knowledge of Don McBride Stadium and be willing to help answer questions or direct guests to various areas. A welcoming personality and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Food Runner- Assist concession stands and premium areas by delivering food orders to various locations around the stadium. This role requires moving quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Applicants must be comfortable carrying trays or food containers, navigating stadium stairs and concourses, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Kids Zone Attendant- Are responsible for operating and supervising games and activities in the Flying Mummies Kids Zone. Responsibilities include selling or collecting tickets for games, and assisting with set-up and tear-down each game day. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to interact comfortably with children and families.

Mascot- The Flying Mummies Mascot is responsible for helping create the ultimate fan experience at Don McBride Stadium. From entertaining fans during games to making appearances in the community, the mascot serves as a fun and energetic ambassador for the team. Applicants should be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable performing in front of large crowds. Availability for games and community events is required.

Beer Pourer- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly to fans throughout the stadium. Responsibilities include pouring beer, verifying identification, maintaining a clean serving area, and following all Indiana alcohol service laws. Employees who serve alcohol in Indiana must obtain an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission (ATC) Employee Permit and complete certified alcohol server training within the required timeframe after hire. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and demonstrate responsible alcohol service and strong customer service skills.
