Wausau, (WIS) –  Every week more progress is made on Phase II of the Athletic Park Renovation. Phase II includes a new full-service concession stand, a new group outing area and restrooms, a complete renovation of the bleacher seating along the third base side of Athletic Park and the addition of more reserved seats.

Highlights of the construction this past week include:

– Blacktop being poured in the concourse      
– Coolers being installed
– Finishing the roof over the new bathrooms

Next week the Wisconsin Woodchucks are looking forward to the installation of the bleachers and additional block work being worked on.
