Christian Orr Returns to Wausau for the 2023 Season

 

Wausau, Wisc. – Pitcher Christian Orr is returning to the Woodchucks for the 2023 season. In Orr’s last appearance for the Woodchucks, he closed out the exciting 11-1 playoff win over Wisconsin Rapids.

Christian Orr proved to be a valuable asset for the Woodchucks last summer, having closed out a playoff win with his pitching. Over the course of the season, Orr pitched 8.1 innings, earning a win, and walking only 6 batters. At Colombia International University, Orr, has pitched 102.1 innings in 35 games and earning 7 wins. The Woodchucks are looking forward to having Orr back on the team.

 

The Woodchucks start their 30th season of Northwoods League Baseball in Madison, WI on Monday, May 29th. The team returns home for the 2023 home opener at Athletic Park on Tuesday, May 30th.
