The Wausau Woodchucks are proud to recognize Grace as our January Kid of the Month! Presented in partnership with Aspirus Health and Aspirus Health Plan, the Kid of the Month program celebrates kids in our community who are making a positive impact.

Grace was selected as Kid of the Month for her outstanding kindness and caring attitude towards others. Recently, Grace came across a video of a friend from school in which they had discussed getting bullied. The following day, Grace checked in on her friend and went along to see the school principal and advocate for them. Her actions led to her being named Student of the Month in December for her care for her peers.

During the 2026 season, Grace and the other Kids of the Month will be honored at a Woodchucks game. Every nominee will have the opportunity to earn Kid of the Year recognition and a $1,000 scholarship.
