FAQ’s and Other Important Things to know before Attending a Woodchucks Game
Box Office Hours
On game days the box office opens 30 minutes prior to gates opening. It will remain open until the end of the game.
Prior to that time you can stop by our office, located at 2401 N 3rd St. for any of your ticketing needs. The office is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm during the season, and at 9am on weekend home games.
Stadium Entry
There are two entrance gates at Athletic Park. The main gate on East Wausau Ave and the north gate at the corner of E Union Ave and N 5th St.
Gates open one hour (60 minutes) prior to first pitch.
Please have your digital tickets pulled up on your phone to be scanned, or your printed tickets out and ready to go. There is a ticket window near each gate if you need assistance printing or getting your tickets.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash at our ticket windows and concession stands. There is not an ATM at the park.
Carry-In Policy
NO food or beverages can be brought into the ballpark.
Other items NOT allowed inside Athletic Park include
- Coolers
- Lawn chairs (unless approved prior to the game by Woodchucks front office staff)
- Large radios
- Bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, etc
- Bats and balls (including soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, etc)
- Guns/weapons of any kind are not allowed inside Athletic Park! Fans that have a Conceal and Carry permit may NOT bring weapons into the ballpark for games, as they are classfied as special events!
Fans are allowed to bring blankets, umbrellas, and seat cushions inside the ballpark. Please be courteous of other fans when using these items.
NO Smoking or Vaping in Athletic Park.
Accessibility
Yes, we have handicap accessible seating in the bleacher sections. The Bar Rails, Section 201 and some hospitality areas are also handicap accessible.
Concessions
There are concession stands located behind home plate, just beyond the third base bleachers, and along the first base line by the community park. There you’ll find an assortment of staple ballpark food as well as some specialty items. Food and beverage items are not permitted to leave the ballpark.
Parking
There is plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood surrounding Athletic Park. Street parking is free. Please make sure to follow all signed parking laws. If choosing to park on the street, please be aware of the potential for damage from batted/thrown balls that exists on 3rd Street and East Wausau Ave.

Woodchucks Merch
The Woodshed is our team store and it is located right inside the main grandstand concourse! Check it out for all of your Woodchucks gear and souvenir needs.

Restrooms
Family restrooms are located near the main stadium entrance. Larger, multi-stall restrooms are located under the bleachers down the third baseline, these have changing tables as well. Single stall restrooms are also on the 2nd level of the Grandstand and select hospitality areas have their own restrooms as well.
Animals
Animals are not allowed inside Athletic Park with the exception of service animals or prior approval from Woodchucks front office staff.

Code of Conduct / Safety
The Woodchucks are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and enjoyable fan experience. If you are in need of assistance at a game, please locate a Woodchucks staff member, go to the ticket window, or Fan Services Table.
We ask that all fans are respectful and help maintain a positive playing environment. Avoid the use of foul language, obscene gestures/messages, and threats. Negative and abusive comments toward players, umpires, volunteers, or other fans will not be tolerated.
If you are concerned about the behavior of another fan, please contact a CSO.
For the safety of our fans and players, no fans are allowed on the field pre- or post-game unless as a part of a pre-determined promotion, and accompanied by an authorized Woodchucks Front Office or Intern Staff member.
Children & Families
-A nursing room is available under the bleachers for infant feeding needs. Please stop by the ticket window to check out a key to utilize this space.
-Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket for the game as long as they sit on an adult’s lap.
-All minors at Woodchucks games must be supervised. we reserve the right to ask any unsupervised minors to leave the premises.
- The playground in the community park is available for children to play on, with adult supervision. The playground was designed for kids ages 5-12.
-The inflatable bounce house and home run challenge are a part of our kid zone, you may purchase passes or an all you care to play wristband at the Fan Services table located near the north entrance of the stadium.
