What are the Woodchucks’ office hours?

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our office is sometimes closed even during normal business hours. We recommend calling ahead to ensure a staff member is available to assist you.

The Woodchucks’ front office is located behind the outfield wall at:

When do the gates open for games?
Gates open one hour prior to game time.
What is the Woodchucks’ policy concerning carry-ins?
NO food or beverages can be brought into the ballpark.
Other items NOT allowed inside Athletic Park include
- Coolers
- Lawn chairs (unless approved prior to the game by Woodchucks front office staff)
- Large radios
- Bikes, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, etc
- Bats and balls (including soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, etc)
- Guns/weapons of any kind are not allowed inside Athletic Park! Fans that have a Conceal and Carry permit may NOT bring weapons into the ballpark for games, as they are classfied as special events!
Fans are allowed to bring blankets, umbrellas, and seat cushions inside the ballpark.
There is NO Smoking or Vaping inside Athletic Park.
Is there any handicapped accessible seating at Athletic Park?
Yes, our handicapped accessible seating is along the rail of the first and third base bleachers.
Where do people park their cars during a Woodchucks game?
There is plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood surrounding Athletic Park. Street parking is free. Please make sure to follow all signed parking laws.

Where can I buy food at Athletic Park?
There are concession stands located behind home plate, just beyond the third base bleachers, and along the first base line by the community park. There you’ll find an assortment of staple ballpark food as well as some specialty items.
Where can I buy beer at Athletic Park?
You can buy beer and other specialty beverages at all concession stands.
Where can I buy Woodchucks gear and souvenirs?
The Woodshed is our team store and it is located right inside the main grandstand concourse! Check it out for all of your Woodchucks gear and souvenir needs.

Where are the bathrooms inside Athletic Park?
Restrooms are located down the first and third base lines at Athletic Park and in the main Grandstand.
Can I bring my pet(s) with me to Athletic Park?
Animals are not allowed inside Athletic Park with the exception of service animals or prior approval from Woodchucks front office staff.
Do the Woodchucks host birthday parties?
We sure do! A Woodchucks game is a great birthday activity for fans of all ages.

Are the Woodchucks a professional baseball team?
No, the Woodchucks are not a professional team. However, they play in one of the premier summer collegiate baseball leagues in the nation, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is known to feature top college players from around the country that have remaining eligibility. Many of the league’s players are scouted by professional teams as prospects and many past players have gone on to play in the major and minor leagues!
