Culver’s Tike on the Mic Sign Up

If your child is interested in being our Culver’s Tike on the Mic during a Woodchucks game, please fill out the following form. Each Culver’s Tike on the Mic will receive 4 box seat tickets for themselves and their family. The Tike on the Mic must be between the ages of 7 and 9. After you fill out the form, we will be in touch to schedule your child for a game.
