Team Hires 8-10 Interns Each Season

The Rafters are members of the Summer Collegiate Northwoods League and play 36 home games from late May – August. The internships run from the middle of May through the middle of August. Every summer the Rafters hire 8-10 full-time interns to help fill vital roles within the team’s front office. All interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to matt@raftersbaseball.com. In your letter please detail which TWO internships you’d like to apply for and rank them #1 & #2. The Rafters have begun holding interviews and will continue to do so until all positions are full.

All interns will receive a travel and housing stipend. There are educational and work components to this position.   All interns must receive college credit for the internship OR this internship must qualify for a graduation requirement. Interns will not only work every home game, but will also help handle all day to day responsibilities in the front office on off-days as well. Hours vary each week depending on the number of home games.
