Rain Policy
A game that is under a rain delay is in an official delay, but potentially will resume play later that same day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event a game delayed by rain becomes an official game.
Rainout / Postponement
If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of 5 innings, all tickets can be redeemed at the ballpark ticket office or the Woodchucks front office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any other home game remaining in the regular season for that year (based on availability).
If a game is rained out prior to the gates opening, all tickets can be redeemed at the ballpark ticket office or the Woodchucks front office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any other home game remaining in the regular season for that year (based on availability).
We encourage you to call ahead to redeem any rain postponement tickets.
If the game is shortened due to rain, but has been played beyond the required five innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value or redemption value at the ballpark ticket office or the Woodchucks front office.
Gate Times
Gates will open 60 minutes before game time.
Office Hours
During the season our standard office hours are 9am – 4pm, Monday through Friday. On home game days we are in the office by 9am, but leave for the stadium approximately two hours before first pitch. From that time until the end of the game we are available at the stadium.
Children
-Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket for the game as long as they sit on an adult’s lap. If a child requires a seat of their own, they will need a ticket for that seat.
-While there is not a minimum age to attend games at Athletic Park, our guidance is that all minors (under age 14) at Woodchucks games must be supervised. It is the parent or legal guardian’s responsibility to make the determination before allowing their child to attend an event at Athletic Park. If a minor is found without supervision and violating stadium rules or policy they will be asked to leave the stadium.
For the safety of our fans and players, no fans are allowed on the field pre- or post-game unless as a part of a pre-determined promotion, and accompanied by an authorized Woodchucks Front Office or Intern Staff member.
Bobblehead Policy
-Bobbleheads are given out to the first fans entering the gates with a valid ticket on bobblehead dates
-No soliciting of bobbleheads within Athletic Park
-One ticket per person = One bobblehead per person. You will not be able to get additional bobbleheads with additional tickets.
