2015 Northwoods League All-Star Game presented by Marshfield Clinic
Doug Melvin to Speak at Marshfield Clinic All-Star Banquet on July 20th
The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters will host the 2015 Northwoods League All-Star Game presented by Marshfield Clinic at Witter Field on Tuesday, July 21st. The Rafters last hosted the All-Star Game in 2011, which sold out prior to single game tickets going on sale and featured 33 players that went on to play professional baseball.
As was the case in 2011, Rafters season ticket package holders will receive first rights to purchase tickets for the 2015 All-Star Game prior to single game tickets going on sale to the general public. Full-Season Home Plate Club, Full-Season Solarus Founders Club, and Full-Season Bleacher ticket holders will receive first priority for All-Star Game seating. All remaining partial ticket package holders will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis through the exclusive purchasing window prior to Thursday, April 23rd.
All-Star Game tickets for package holders will include all customary benefits in the price for each offering. Pricing is as follows:
Home Plate Club 4-Top Table – $116/table
Solarus Founders Club Seat – $22/person
9 Game Package Seat – $14/person
Full-Season Bleacher Seat – $8/person
Ticket package holders will have the option of purchasing any allotment of tickets to the All-Star Game they desire however there are no guarantees on specific seating locations for the event beyond the full-season seat requests.
The Marshfield Clinic All-Star Game festivities will begin on Monday, July 20th with an evening banquet at Hotel Mead & Conference Center honoring the players selected to the North and South Division All-Star teams. The banquet will feature a keynote address by Milwaukee Brewers President of Baseball Operations-General Manager Doug Melvin along with a question and answer session for the Brewers chief executive. The event will be emceed by Dick Jonckowski, the longtime public address announcer of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers baseball, football and men’s basketball teams.
A very limited number of tickets to the Marshfield Clinic All-Star Banquet at Hotel Mead & Conference Center on the evening of Monday, July 20th will be available to the public. Rafters season ticket package holders will have the first opportunity to reserve tickets for the All-Star banquet prior to the general public beginning on Tuesday, April 7th through Thursday, April 23rd. On Friday, April 24th, the same day 2015 single game tickets go on sale, any remaining banquet tickets will be made available to the general public. Tickets to the banquet will be $50 per person and will include a meal and access to the question and answer portion of the program with Brewers General Manager Doug Melvin. Tickets can be reserved by calling the Rafters ticket office at 715-424-5400 or by stopping into the Rafthouse Team Shop.
Included in each All-Star Game ticket price is admission to three events that will be highlighted on Tuesday, July 21st—Pre-Game Autograph Session (4:30 pm), Home Run Challenge (5:05 pm) and the 2015 Northwoods League All-Star Game presented by Marshfield Clinic (7:05 pm). All season ticket package holders will receive exclusive access to the Autograph Session, which will be held prior to the Home Run Challenge and will feature early entrance to the ballpark.
