Dickinson, ND- The Badlands Big Sticks have announced the signing of right-handed outfielder Marcus Romero to the team’s 2024 roster.

Romero, the 6-foot-5, 200-pound freshman from Broomfield, Colorado, currently attends South Mountain Community College (Phoenix, Arizona). This past season, right-handed batter Romero has appeared in 53 games, with a batting average of .281 with 29 RBIs and 48 hits. On the field, Romero had 41 putouts and 94 assists with a fielding percentage of .925

Romero is a graduate of Legacy High School where he batted .405 with 30 RBIs and an on base percentage of .494 during his senior season while also playing football.
