Dickinson, ND- The Badlands Big Sticks have announced the signing of right-handed-pitcher Jackson Horras to the team’s 2024 roster.

Horras, the 6-foot-4, 195-pound sophomore from Keota, Iowa, currently attends Des Moines Area Community College (De Moines, Iowa). This past season, Horras has appeared in 10 games (21.0), recording 20 strikeouts (8.57 K/9), and pitched his way to a 1-1 record.

Jackson is a graduate of Pekin High School in Packwood, Iowa. Horras is joined by current teammates Konner Entz (Fr) and Brennan Haman (R-Fr) on the Big Sticks roster. Last summer with the Big Sticks, he had a 2.03 ERA in 4 games (20.1 IP) with 13 strikeouts and a WHIP of 1.742.
