Dickinson, ND- The Sticks lost twice today in their double-header verses MoonDogs.

The score of the first game was a close 5-4. Jake Duer started the action today with a RBI double into right field. The Sticks tied it up in the bottom of that inning with a Cooper Hill RBI single. After a RBI groundout from Cole Tabor, Cooper Neville tied it up with a RBI groundout of his own. The Sticks took a two run lead with Kaden Carpenter and Cole Tabor singles. The MoonDogs scored 3 runs in the 6th inning, which was highlighted by a Riley Jackson 2-run homer, to seal the game

The Sticks had considerably less action in the 2nd game that they lost 5-1. Dylan Waite completely shut out the Big Sticks during this game. He only surrendered 1 hit, 4 walks, and recorded 3 strikeouts. The MoonDogs were hot early and scored all 5 of their runs in the first 3 innings. Coleman Mizell slammed a 2-run home run over the center field fence. Ben Robichaux successfully stole home after baiting Bo Tabola to throw down to 2nd base. Finally, Robichaux hit a sac fly as the last run of the game.

The Sticks have another double header tomorrow. The first game will be at 10:00 am and the second at 6:35 pm.
