Thank you for your interest in covering the Duluth Huskies.  Please complete and submit the form below to initiate a Northwoods League Media Credential Conditions of Use Agreement. You will receive a contract via email for your review and signature at the email address provided.  Once you sign, our team and the Northwoods League will be notified and will subsequently sign the agreement.  Please note, the agreement is not effective until all three parties have signed.

In addition, each individual from your Organization that wishes to receive a media credential must sign a liability waiver.  Following the execution of your Media Credential Conditions of Use Agreement, our team will email you a link to the online liability waiver form that you can share with the appropriate staff to complete and sign.
