The Kenosha Kingfish have announced "Field of Dreams Night" on Monday, June 2nd, which will feature a celebrity appearance from Dwier Brown, the actor who played John Kinsella, Kevin Costner's father in the 1989 film Field of Dreams.

Brown will be at Simmons Field as the Kingfish take on the Madison Mallards and will be available to sign autographs, take pictures and will throw out a ceremonial first pitch. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the classic film and Brown wrote a book titled "If You Build It…", a book about Fathers, Fate and the Field of Dreams. Autographed copies of the book will be on sale the day of the game.

Gates open at 6:05pm on Monday, June 2nd and the Kingfish will also feature Hot Dog Appreciation Day with wiener dog races in between the innings.
