SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESKenosha, Wis- The Kenosha Kingfish are delighted to announce Nick Heyerdahl as the team’s new Assistant General Manager. Heyerdahl started with the Kingfish as a Corporate Account Manager where he focused primarily on outside ticket sales, which included meetings with CEO’s and decision-makers regarding employee outings and client entertainment. In his new position, Heyerdahl will be overseeing the part time staff, aiding in stadium operations, focusing on fan experience at home games and continuing his large role in corporate sales. Nick moved to Kenosha in April of last year and has “enjoyed getting know the area and all of the wonderful people”. When asked about his new position, Heyerdahl said he is “excited for the new opportunities and really looking forward to a special future in this great community”.

It was apparent only one month into the season how much work and dedication Heyerdahl puts into the organization. Helping with game day staffing, field work or anything baseball related, he was there and willing to give an extra hand when needed. “Nick has worked for me for around three years and as great and dependable as he is an employee, he is an even better friend. I could not be happier and it could not have happened to a better person.” says General Manager, Jake McGhee.

Prior to his time with the Kingfish, Heyerdahl completed an Operations Internship with the Madison Mallards in 2012 and assumed the role of Marketing Manager in 2013. Heyerdahl graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and a minor in Marketing. He is originally from Janesville, WI.
