Mequon, WI – The Lakeshore Chinooks are heading back to the Northwoods League Playoffs for the third time in five years. After defeating the Green Bay Bullfrogs Sunday night, Lakeshore secured the fourth and final playoff spot in the South Divison.

The Chinooks are now set to face off against the Rafters in Wisconsin Rapids Monday night (August 15th) at Witter Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05pm. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters ticket office or visiting their official team website.

The Divisional Series consist of two single elimination games.The winner of the Chinooks/Rafters matchup will face the winner of the Madison Mallards/Battle Creek Bombers game on Tuesday night. The best overall record will host Tuesday night's game. After the two single elimination games, the South Divison champion will face the North Division champion in the Northwoods League Summer Collegiate World Series, which will be a best of three series.

The Chinooks finished the regular season with a record of 35-37. The Rafters claimed both the first half and second half divison titles and ended with a record of 49-23.
