MEQUON, Wis. — Following the success of the 2026 season, the Lakeshore Chinooks are proud to announce the promotion of Kian Dillon to Assistant General Manager ahead of the 2027 season.
The Chinooks’ 2026 campaign marked an exciting step forward for the organization, highlighted by the team’s return to the Northwoods League playoffs for the first time in nearly a decade. Dillon played an important role behind the scenes throughout the season, helping lead corporate partnerships, operations and the overall game-day experience at Moonlight Graham Field.
Dillon most recently served as the Chinooks’ Director of Corporate Sales & Operations. He first joined the organization in January 2025 as a Ticket Sales Intern before spending the summer of 2025 as Assistant Operations & Hospitality Director and later joining the Chinooks full-time.
“Kian was a huge part of what we were able to accomplish this past season,” said Chinooks General Manager Arie Bankston. “The success we had in 2026 wasn’t just what happened on the field. Our entire organization took a big step forward, and Kian was someone I could rely on every single day. He works incredibly hard, cares deeply about the Chinooks and is always willing to step up wherever he is needed. This promotion is very well deserved, and I’m excited to have him alongside me as we continue building on the momentum from this season.”
As Assistant General Manager, Dillon will take on an expanded leadership role in the organization’s day-to-day operations and planning while continuing to oversee corporate partnerships and ballpark operations.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, Dillon earned a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Coaching.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take this next step with the Chinooks,” said Dillon. “The 2026 season was special for everyone involved with this organization, and I’m proud of what we accomplished. I’m excited to build off that success and continue working with our staff, partners, fans and community as we prepare for 2027.”
The Chinooks now turn their attention toward the 2027 season with the goal of continuing the momentum created both on and off the field in 2026.
