They could be selected for a special role in the Lakeshore Chinooks First Responders Night on Monday, August 6, presented by the FOX drama “9-1-1,” returning for a second season this fall on FOX6.

Events planned to honor First Responders for this special night:

• BUY-ONE-GET-ONE-FREE: Tickets to the game (August 6th) for all local firefighters, EMTs, and law enforcement officers.

 

• TOUCH A TRUCK AND MEET YOUR FIRST RESPONDERS: Give the kids an up-close look at a fire truck, ambulance, and other First Responder vehicles. Plus, get to know a few of the people who put their lives on the line to protect our families. The pre-game display of vehicles outside Kapco Park is FREE to visit.

 

• 9-1-1 FIRST AID KIT GIVEAWAY: The first 1,000 fans through the gates at Kapco Park will receive a “9-1-1” branded first aid kit.

 

• CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCHES BY FIRST RESPONDERS

 

• 9-1-1 THEMED MINI GOLF COURSE: As part of the celebration, a special “9-1-1” Themed mini golf course will be on-site in our Kids Zone for the game.

The Chinooks staff will select and contact finalists from among the First Responders nominated to participate in the special activities.
