Grafton, WI – The Lakeshore Chinooks announced today, the promotion of Eric Snodgrass to the General Manager.
Snodgrass assumes the GM role entering his ninth season and 10th year with the club. Since joining the organization as an intern, he has held various leadership roles from sales to Assistant GM.
“For the past 10 years, Eric has been an integral part of the success of the Lakeshore Chinooks on and off the field,” said Jim Kacmarcik, President and Majority Owner. “The promotion is well-deserved and a credit to Eric’s tireless and passionate work for both the team and the community.”
“I am honored and humbled to be named the Lakeshore Chinooks General Manager,” Snodgrass said. “This has been a personal goal of mine since starting as an intern when the team launched in 2012. It has been an unbelievable experience to not only grow personally with the organization, but to watch the Chinooks grow over the past nine seasons. I cannot thank Jim Kacmarcik, our ownership group, and our management team enough for the trust they have instilled in me to lead this organization. I look forward to having our dedicated fans back at Kapco Park this season to watch the country’s top talent on the diamond.
In his role, Snodgrass will oversee all team operations, including game operations, partnerships, ticket sales, community relations and merchandise. Snodgrass also proudly serves as the lead coordinator of the Chinooks annual cancer walk, Gill’s Walk Off for Cancer.
Snodgrass graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a degree in Sports Management. Born and raised in Kenosha, he currently resides in Milwaukee with his wife. Jordan, and their daughter, Rylie.
The Chinooks 2021 season gets underway on Thursday, June 3rd. The 2021 season and a Wisco Summer is presented by Port Washington State Bank.
