Grafton, WI – Cade Berendt (McKendree) and Tommy Lamb (Oklahoma), two local high school graduates are set to return home this summer for Lakeshore’s 2021 season.

Cade Berendt (LHP/Fr.) pitched at Germantown High School, posting a 14-4 record with 150 strikeouts in 84 2/3 innings. In his senior year, Berendt had a 1.36 earned run average and was named first-team All-Conference, first-team All-Area, and was a team captain. Now in his redshirt freshman season at McKendree University, Cade has pitched 4.2 innings of work, has an ERA of 1.93, and has added 8 strikeouts.

Tommy Lamb (LHP/Fr.) was the 5th ranked player in Wisconsin coming out of high school, earned Wisconsin All-State honorable mention, and was a first-team All-Conference selection in 2019. At Grafton High School, he posted a career 17-4 record with a 2.50 ERA and 235 strikeouts in 147.1 innings pitched. Now in his Freshman season at Oklahoma, Lamb has appeared in 4 games out of the bullpen with 2.1 innings pitched, an earned run average of 3.86, and has only allowed 1 run.

These two individuals will continue to be strong arms out of the bullpen for McKendree and Oklahoma in 2021 and continue developing with the Chinooks this summer.

The 2021 season is presented by Port Washington State Bank with the home opener set for June 3rd at 6:35pm against the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. Season and group tickets are currently on sale with single game tickets available for purchase at the end of April.
