Grafton, WI – Chinooks outfielder, Drake Lubin (Eastern Michigan) has been named one of Rawling’s Finest in the Field. The annual award is handed out to a Northwoods League player at each position and is based on their overall fielding percentage. To qualify for the award, a player needs to appear in at least two-thirds of the scheduled games at a specific position. All award winners receive a Rawlings engraved trophy.
Lubin ended the season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. He appeared in 54 games in the outfield, the most by any Chinooks outfielder in 2017. He ended his season with 102 Put Outs and 3 Assist.
