THE DUCK POND – The game scheduled between the Madison Mallards and the St. Cloud River Bats has been cancelled due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader, Thursday June 26, starting at 5:30pm with the gates opening at 4:10pm.

The “Swing Into Summer” promotion presented by Christmas Mountain has been rescheduled for Friday, June 27 and the 500 Mallards golf hats will be given away then.

So, here is the schedule for tomorrow:

– Charter Communications Family Four Pack Night. For this doubleheader you can receive four general admission tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, and two all-day passes to Little-A-Merrick-A for just $20. This promotion is also presented by Newsradio 1310 WIBA and ESPN 1070.

– Great Dane Beer Tasting Night. From the time our gates open, 4:10pm, until 5:30pm you can sample the latest beers from the Great Dane Brew Pub, for free. This promotion is also presented by our friends at 101.5 WIBA-FM.

– 4:10pm Our gates open.

– Charter Communications “Muskies Turn Back The Clock” Night. The first 750 fans will receive Muskies mesh hats. In the second game of our doubleheader, our Mallards will wear authentic 1993 Muskies uniforms as we go back in time.

– 5:30pm First pitch of the first game. There is a half-hour intermission in between the two games which are scheduled for 7 innings each.

If you have a general admission ticket for Wednesday, June 25, your ticket will be honored for this game or any future Mallards game. If you have a reserved ticket you may have to switch seats but you will still be in a reserved area. If you have a Duck Blind pass and are coming out in a group, please call the office at 246-4277 to reschedule. There are no cash refunds.
