The Madison Mallards organization would like to cordially invite all fans to hit the road with the Mallards for the 2005 Northwoods League Divisional Championship Series in support of the Mallards as they look to bring home their second straight Northwoods League title.

The Mallards will be chartering a bus that will leave from Warner Park and travel to the site of the Mallards first-round road playoff game. After winning the first-half South Division title, the Mallards clinched a berth in the postseason and will play on the road either August 15 or August 16. The date of the game, departure time and location will be determined by August 14.

The cost is only 30 dollars and includes a ticket to the game, a round trip bus ride and snacks and beverages on the way to the game.

The Mallards are back in action Friday at 7:05 p.m. against the Wisconsin Woodchucks at the Duck Pond. Friday is Quench Gum Baseball Card Night Three and the first 1,000 fans 14 and under will receive the final installment of Mallards trading cards. Fans will be treated to the band Awesome Car Funmaker in the Great Dane Duck Blind prior to and following tonight?s game.

Madison plays Wisconsin the next four games, with the Friday and Sunday games at the Duck Pond. Sunday?s game is a 6:05 p.m. start.
