The 2007 Mallards offense could be very strong if returning player Jordan Comadena’s hot start rubs off onto his teammates this summer. In three games last weekend Comadena (pictured) had six RBI and scored seven runs on nine hits, including three doubles and two home runs. His .417 batting average and .833 slugging percentage lead the Boilermakers. Other future Mallards had noteworthy performances over the weekend as well. Below is a complete listing (in alphabetical order) of these six players’ accomplishments. Opening Day is Thursday, May 31 at 7:05 vs. the Eau Claire Express.
