After the first inning, it looked as if the Mallards would remain undefeated. The Mallards scored two in the top of the first inning off a sacrifice fly by designated hitter Justin Bristow and a single by left fielder Bobby Hubbard, but couldn’t muster any other offense against left-hander Adam Morrison. Meanwhile, Wisconsin was able to put together 11 hits in clutch situations to vault the team into a first-place tie with the Mallards. Final Score: Woodchucks 8, Mallards 2
