Today’s announced promotions include Beetle Eating Night on Thursday, July 17 & Ghostbusters Night on Friday, July 18 with a special appearance by actor Ernie Hudson (pictured on the far right) who played Winston in the film! All suites are on sale & single-game tickets will be available for purchase on Saturday, April 26 at 9:00 a.m. The Mallards open their eighth season on Thursday, May 29 at 7:05 p.m. against the La Crosse Loggers. Thursday, July 17 – Beetle Eating & Budweiser Pint Glass Night!

We have a challenge for you! The first 250 people to eat a Beetle (yes, a beetle) will receive a free Great Dane Duck Blind ticket to watch the Mallards devour the Alexandria Beetles on the field! Note: The use of condiments in the eating contest such as Tabasco Sauce will not be allowed. Who’s hungry?

I’m all shook up! It’s Dave the Beer Guy Commemorative Budweiser Pint Glass Night (first 750 21 & over). The Elvis look-alike beer vender will have his caricature printed on the pint glasses as part of our first-ever “Duck Pond Celebrity” series!

Every Thursday is PBR College Night! Students showing college ID’s will receive 2 for 1 general admission tickets and $ 3 off Great Dane Duck Blind tickets.

Friday, July 18 – Ghostbusters Night w/ appearance by Winston (Ernie Hudson)!

Hudson played Winston Zeddemore, a firefighter who joins the Ghostbusters in the mega-hit 1984 film. He also appeared as the character, Munro, in Congo & he starred in the 1994 film The Crow as Sergeant Albrecht. Hudson will be available for autographs & pictures throughout the evening!
