Madison, WI – April 7, 2009 – Day two of announcing the Mallards 2009 promotional schedule features details about Rhythm & Booms, to be held on Saturday, June 27. As is customary each year the team plays on R&B, the actual game will begin on 5:05 p.m. with gates opening at 3:30 p.m. During the game numerous coupons will be handed out courtesy of Culvers & the popular restaurant will also toss Oreo Cookie ice cream samples into the stands during a few innings. You will not want to miss it!

After the game, for a second consecutive year, TQ Diamonds is sponsoring the “Diamond Dig,” whereby the first 1,000 ladies will receive an ice cream scoop to have the opportunity to dig into the infield dirt to find a buried diamond! Last year nearby Northside resident Amy Ritchey found the diamond on her 33rd birthday. Her story can be found here
