The Madison Mallards are now accepting field rentals for Drive-In events! From seminars to video graduations to weddings, we can accommodate any type of drive-in event. 

Details:
– The field holds 115 vehicles
– The video board can play any type of video/Power Point/or image file
– We can stream live video of a presenter on the board
– We can play any type of playlist requested during your event
– We can open up for-sale concessions if your event has 20+ vehicles RSVP’d
– We do not offer Wi-Fi for guests

Fees and Booking:
– Dates are based on availability
– Field rental is for 3 hour time frames
– Flat fee of $3,500 includes parking and concessions staff
– Fee can be covered either through complete payment, or through ticket sales (if ticket sales do not reach $3,500 minimum, group must cover rest of rental fee)
– Food items including popcorn, red vines, or pre-ordered boxed meals can be added to your rental for a fee
