Starting TOMORROW – May 26th, our FULL SEASON will be open to the public with no capacity restrictions after our June 1st Game. Here’s what you NEED to KNOW!

Single Game Tickets:

When is Opening Day?

  • After a 20-month hiatus, the Mallards return to Madison on Monday, May 31st

What will the score be of the Home Opener?

  • Mallards 19 – Covid 0!

How much do tickets cost?

  • Check out our ticket pricing options here: https://northwoodsleague.com/madison-mallards/ticket-information/
  • NEW for 2021! All tickets will incur a $2 Service Fee when purchased at the Ticket Window on the day of each game. The $1.75 Phone and Online service fee is still in place from years past and there will continue to be no service fee at the window PRIOR to the day of the game. That means: Buy Online and BUY EARLY!

The Mallards are going 100% digital in 2021!

  • How do I get my tickets? Give us a call and we’ll help you out! 608-246-4277
  • Your tickets will be emailed to you as a pdf. You can show the pdf on your phone upon entrance to the stadium or print it out in advance.

We’re going CASHLESS at the Duck Pond:

  • All purchases made inside the stadium will need to be made with a card!
  • You can purchase a gift card to use in the stadium, with cash, at the Feldco Ticket Windows or the Paul Davis Team Store

What else is new that I may not know about?

  • There will be no Will Call window this season as almost all tickets should be sent directly to emails, but there will be a Customer Service window for fans who have questions!
  • Fan Services has moved to be closer to the Front Gate of the ballpark
  • Fan Zone will look a bit differently this season! We’ve got new fun and exciting options for kids (and adults!)

I purchased tickets in a distanced section originally, and would like to be accommodated after all the seats open up:

  • After the June 1st game, most of the seats in the grandstand and remaining areas will be open for purchase. If you would like to know your options after purchasing what was originally a socially distanced pod, we ask that you call the ticket office at 608-246-4277 or email info@mallardsbaseball.com for help.

Do I need to wear a mask at the game?

  • Well, that is a good question! Currently, masks are ONLY required in common spaces (i.e. restrooms, concessions lines, entering/exiting the stadium and accessing seats) for the first TWO GAMES of the season (May 31st and June 1st) after that they are recommended if you are not fully vaccinated.

Do you have vaccine sections?

  • Yes. Section 103, the Tricor West Bend Deck and the Great Dane Duck Blind rooftop are available as fully vaccinated sections for the first TWO GAMES of the season (May 31st and June 1st) after those games, all sections of the ballpark will be open for purchase.

Do you have super awesome fun sections?

  • Yes! Just like every one of our 20 years in Madison, every section in the Duck Pond will be deemed super awesome fun sections. Get ready.

What is the current stadium capacity?

  • We are operating about 28% capacity in the grandstand to start but after our June 1st game, and the lifting of guidelines by PHMDC, we will be opening up the rest of the stadium to near-full capacity for the remainder of our games!

What are the Great Dane Duck Blind Reserved Pods (AKA Reserved Tables.. AKA Private Pods.. internally we’ve changed the name a few times)?

  • This is a new seating area was created for the 2021 season to offer additional socially distanced reserved seating
  • This area used to be part of the Duck Blind General Admission
  • Ticket buyers must purchase the entire pod (4 or 6 seats)
  • Food and beverage is included and acceded from the Great Dane Duck Blind Concessions
