For each of the team’s 36 home games, the Royal Oak Leprechauns invite one area non-profit organization to Memorial Park to showcase their efforts within the community. To qualify, organizations must:
  • Have 501(c)(3) status.
  • Provide a raffle license.
  • Supply a minimum of four (4) staff members or volunteers to run the 50/50 raffle and information table.
Each group will enjoy the following opportunities to raise funds for their organization:
In-Game Promotions
  • A tabling opportunity to distribute information to fans.
  • A public address (PA) announcement welcoming the organization.
  • Participation in a pre-game ceremony.
50/50 Raffle
  • The opportunity to raise money through a 50/50 raffle.
    Stipulations:

    • The organization must provide its own raffle license.
    • The organization must supply raffle tickets for the drawing.
    • Only one winner can be announced for the raffle.
Tickets
  • Up to 10 ticket vouchers for the organization.
  • Access to our ticket fundraising program, which allows your organization to raise money through ticket sales within your community.
    Details:

    • Tickets are $16 for a box seat and include a free food and non-alcoholic drink item.
    • Your organization will receive a $4 kickback for each ticket sold.
    • We will create a dedicated promo code for your marketing efforts and to track your progress.
