The Border Cats improved to 2 and 0 Wednesday completing a sweep of Eau Claire by derailing the Express 12-3 before a "School Day" crowd of 1,350 at Tbaytel Park.  Shortstop Kyle Comer (Minnesota Duluth) collected three hits and drove in three runs in the win as the Cats banged out 19 hits on the day.  

 
Leftfielder Alex Baldwin (University of Hawaii) had four hits, including a triple and second baseman Grant McKown (Florida Tech) added 3 more RBI's, giving him eight through two games.
 
Righthander Jeremy Charles (University of Hartford) went five innings for the win. He allowed six hits and two runs with three walks and five strikeouts.  
 
The Border Cats head out on a six game road trip starting Thursday in Willmar against the Stingers and return home Wednesday, June 3rd, against Eau Claire at 7:05pm.
