CATS FALL TO RAFTERS

The Cats winning streak came to an end Thursday night at Witter Field against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters with a 2-1 loss.

Starting pitcher Zach Thiac (Nicholls) took the loss for the Cats going 6.1 innings allowing two runs on eight hits, while Julian Loret de Mola (Nova Southeastern) came in to close out the last 1.2 innings allowing only one hit while striking out three.

Mikael Mogue (Seton Hall) was the one to put the Cats on the board in the top of the eighth inning after coming in on an RBI from Alan Baldwin (Hawaii).

The Cats play their last game on the road Friday night at 7:05pm CST / 8:05pm EST before heading home to end the season at TbayTel Park.
