CATS ANNOUNCE PAIR FROM BOSTON COLLEGE

The Thunder Bay Border Cats have added a pair of left hand pitchers from Boston College to their 2016 Roster.

Mitch Bigras is a sophomore from Sarnia, Ontario. The 6’5’’ left hand pitcher also plays first base, and was named to the Canadian Junior National Team in 2013, where he made 3 appearances securing one win and one save while striking out nine. In his 2016 season with Boston College, Bigras has yet to pitch, but instead has had 25 at bats with a batting avg of .360.

Zachary Stormberg is a freshman from Lafayette, California. Since his start of the season with Boston College, the 6’2” left hand pitcher has made three appearances, with an ERA of 4.15.
