CATS LOSE A CLOSE ONE

Thunder Bay, Ont. – The Border Cats finished the last game of their home stand against the Duluth Huskies Friday night at TbayTel Park.

The Border Cats fell 8-7 in a close game during Hockey Night in the Park. The Border Cats exploded in the fourth inning, scoring seven runs with one coming off the bat of Rob Andreoli (LIU Post) who put up four hits in four at bats for the Border Cats. Unfortunately the Duluth Huskies rallied past Thunder Bay in the seventh innings taking the lead.

The Border Cats head out for their first road trip Saturday morning and return home to face the Lacrosse Loggers at 7:05pm at TbayTel Park.
