CATS BLANKED BY RAFTERS

Thunder Bay, Ont. – The Cats fell 5-0 to the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters Tuesday night at Witter Field.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters put up five unanswered run during the first game of a two game series. The Border Cats did put up three hits coming from Gui Gingras (St. John’s), Johnny Juarez IV (Mt. San Antonio) and Bobby Fulkerson (South New Hampshire). Gunnar Kay (Jefferson College) went six innings allowing only three hits while striking out four.

The Border Cats end their road trip tomorrow against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafter at 7:05pm CST / 8:05pm EST.
