Thunder Bay, Ont. – The Border Cats fell to the Eau Claire Express Thursday night at TbayTel Park.
Gunnar Kay (Jefferson) started the game off strong walking only one in his five innings pitched. Andy Weber (Virgina) and Mitch Bigras (Boston College) helped the Cats out with two runs a piece, while Joe Gellenbeck (Xavier) put up one run and two RBI.
The Cats look for a win Friday against the Eau Claire Express at 7:05pm EST.
