CATS DOUBLE LOGGERS
Thunder Bay, Ont. – The Thunder Bay Border Cats doubled the Lacrosse Loggers 8-4 to split the series with one win a piece.
Starting pitcher Brandon Langan (New Mexico) notched his second win of the season going five innings allowing only two runs on three hits while Tyler Moskalyk (Winnipeg) and Bobby Fulkerson (South New Hampshire) struck out two a piece in 1.1 innings and one inning of work respectively.
Andy Weber (Virginia) had yet another productive game picking up one run on three hits and three RBI’s and Gui Gingras (St. John’s) helped the Cats out with two runs on two hits.
The Border Cats start their last home stand against the St. Cloud Rox at 5:05pm for a make-up double header with a full nine innings to follow at Tbay Tel Park.
