STROHL COMES UP HUGE IN CATS WIN!

The Thunder Bay Border Cats got a few new additions to their lineup Thursday afternoon with the addition of Noah Strohl and Jake Mielock. The two came up huge for the Cats in their 6-2 win over the Duluth Huskies.

Strohl provided two big hits to drive in four of the six runs for the Cats. His first at-bat came with the bases loaded and he didn't waste any time driving in two runs. The Cats built on the lead and never looked back after the first inning.

Jake Mielock and the rest of the pitching staff pitched a great game by not allowing a run until the eighth inning. Brandon Fokkema picked up the win for the Cats to move them to 4-6 on the season.

Thursday marks the final 'home game' away from home as the next home game is June 17th at Port Arthur Stadium! The Border Cats would like to thank everyone involved with the Duluth Huskies organization for being great hosts and helping out in our unfortunate situation.
