Biondic Signs with Boston Red Sox!

Congratulations to 2017 Border Cat Kevin Biondic on signing a pro contract! Biondic signed a minor league deal last week to join the Boston Red Sox organization as a pitcher. Last year with the Border Cats Biondic hit .254 with 5 home runs and 26 RBI’s. He made his debut on the mound with the Border Cats and pitched in 16.2 innings while posting a 1.62 ERA. He took his pitching experience with the Border Cats back to school and after one season is now a professional pitcher. Congratulations Kevin and best of luck in whatever the future holds!
