$10 Lunch Special Highlights Afternoon Baseball
Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.- The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are extending the invitation to get away from work for lunch and enjoy some matinee baseball at Witter Field. The Rafters take on the Eau Claire Express on Wednesday, July 30th at 12:05pm as part of the unique home and home day night double header. Following the conclusion of the game, both teams will board their respective buses and head to Eau Claire to play the night cap.
If their lunch plans haven't been finalized yet, fans can head over to Witter Field to enjoy a slab of ribs, italian pasta salad, potato chips, desert kabob (brownie pieces, marshmallows and strawberries) and a fountain soda all for just $10! Fans are encouraged to come for lunch and stay to watch the Rafters.
First pitch is set for 12:05 and the gates will open at 11:05am. It is Assisted Living and Day Care Day so there will be Rafters fans of all ages filling the seats.
