Family Activity to Share:     Spending time with the boys and getting to meet their families. We traveled to watch some of them play with their college teams and of course watching them at Kapco Park. This past year, David's parents came and we got to spend time with them.

About their experience, Mark says: “As a family we have enjoyed hosting players the last four years. They become part of our family. Our boys end up connecting with them and talking sports with them. I’ll never forget the day the mother of one our players called me to tell that her son signed with the Miami Marlins.  She was so happy and proud.  Likewise, we were excited and proud because one of our “boys” made it to the big leagues.” And . . . “Serving as coordinators of the Host Family Program has allowed us to give back to our community, while providing us with another way to impact the lives of young men as they chase the dream of playing professional baseball.”
