The Mankato Habaneros jumped out to a dominant start, scoring six runs in the first inning to help them beat the Minot Honeybees 8-5. Alexis Michon (Trine University) went 2-for-3 with a double, recording one RBI and one run scored. Alyssa Herrera (University of California) went 2-for-2 with a double, tallying one RBI and one run scored. Chloe Cummings (Siena College) went 1-for-3 with a double, driving in two runs. Emma Vike (South Dakota State University) went 1-for-3, scoring once with one RBI. Alexis Michon (Trine University) earned the win, throwing five innings with one strikeout, allowing five hits, three runs, and two walks.
Madison 6, La Crosse 4
The Madison Night Mares took an early lead with three runs in the first inning and held off the La Crosse Steam for a 6-4 win. Luciana Moreno (University of Pittsburgh) was perfect at the plate going 2-for-2 with a double, driving in two runs. Emma Kavanagh (University of Arizona) went 1-for-2 scoring once with one RBI. Hilary Blomberg (University of Wisconsin) went 1-for-4 scoring twice with one RBI. Skylar Dietz (ort Lewis College) went 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Grace Frechette (St. Cloud State University) went 2-for-4 with one RBI. Karlie McKenzie (Eastern Illinois University) earned the win throwing 4.2 innings with three strikeouts allowing three hits, three walks, and one earned run.
Minot 11, Mankato 4
The Minot Honeybees exploded in the game 2, scoring six runs in the third inning and added three more in the fourth, taking down the Mankato Habaneros 11-4. Bella Cimino (University of North Florida) was an RBI machine going 2-for-4 with a grand slam, recording five RBIs and one run scored. Shayna Myshrall (Niagara University) went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, driving in two runs and scoring twice. Trinity Gregg (University of Jamestown) went 2-for-4 scoring three times with one RBI. Finley Anderson (Minnesota State University) went 2-for-4 with a double, tallying three RBIs. Julianna Verni (Syracuse University) earned the win throwing seven innings with eleven strikeouts allowing seven hits, four runs, and two walks.

The Madison Night Mares pulled away with big inning in the third and fourth, securing the doubleheader sweep, winning game two 9-3. Ava Caroll (niversity of Washington) went 3-for-5 with a grand slam, recording four RBIs and two runs scored. Tia Durst (University of Washington) went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a two-run double. Gretta Grassel (Mississippi State University) went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, and scoring once. Kendall Weik (Morgan State) earned the win throwing seven innings with three strikeouts allowing six hits, five walks, and three runs.
