The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters jumped out to an early lead and piled on runs through the first five frames, defeating the Green Bay Rockers 11-4. Kerim Orucevic (UC San Diego) had a day at the plate going 5-for-6 with a pair of home runs and a double, recording three RBIs, three runs scored, and one stolen base. Luke Skinner (Loyola Marymount University) went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double, scoring twice. Lachlan Maude (New Mexico JC) went 2-for-3 with a solo home run. Jake Beauchaine (Saddleback CC) went 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles and scored twice. Aidan Kuni (University of New Mexico) went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run and scored twice. Trevor Moeck (Regis University) earned the win, throwing six innings with six strikeouts, allowing three hits, two runs, and two walks.
Minot 8, Rochester 7
The Minot Hot Tots walked it off in dramatic fashion, scoring three runs in the bottom of the ninth to edge out the Rochester Honkers 8-7. Blake Cavill (Troy University) went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run.Matt Toomey (Long Beach State University) went 3-for-5 with a double, driving in three runs, scoring twice, and stealing one base. Miguel Cantu (Missouri Western State University) went 1-for-5 with a solo home run. Maddox Haley (Gonzaga University) went 2-for-5 with a solo home run. Josh Outlaw (Illinois State University) went 3-for-5 scoring once with two RBIs and one stolen base. Josh Livengood (entre College) earned the win throwing two innings with three strikeouts allowing three hits and one earned run.
Lakeshore 3, Wausau 1
The Lakeshore Chinooks capitalized early to secure a 3-1 win over the Wausau Woodchucks 3-1. Broc Parmer (University of Texas San Antonio) went 1-for-3 with a double, recording one RBI. Grant Gray (UCLA) went 2-for-3 with a double, recording one run scored and two stolen bases. Noah Malone (Loyola Marymount University) went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Donnie Edgar (Panola CC) earned the win throwing four scoreless innings with two strikeouts allowing three walks and two hits. Brandin Crawford (University of Louisville) got the save throwing 1.1 scoreless no-hit inning striking out three of five batters faced and giving up one walk.
Duluth 14, La Crosse 6
The Duluth Huskies exploded at the plate to overpower the La Crosse Loggers 14-6. Nate Vargas (UC Santa Barbara) went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, recording three RBIs and two runs scored. Rowan Kelly (UC Santa Barbara) went 3-for-6 scoring once with three RBIs and one stolen base. Jake Downing (Cal Poly University) was perfect at the plate going 3-for-3 with a double, recording two RBIs, two runs scored, and two stolen bases. George Mclntyre (Iowa Central CC) went 1-for-4 scoring once with three RBIs. RJ Hamilton (Duke University) went 1-for-5 with a solo home run, scoring twice and stealing two bases. Royal Oak 7, Kalamazoo 4
The Royal Oak Leprechauns used a six-run sixth inning to surge past the Kalamazoo Growlers in a 7-4 victory. Danny Cook (Pepperdine University) went 2-for-4 scoring once with three RBIs and one stolen base. Dylan Larkins (Georgetown University) went 1-for-2 scoring twice with one RBI. Ryan Tyranski (University of Cincinnati) went 1-for-3 scoring once with one RBI. JD Crisp (Xavier University) went 4-for-4 with a double, driving in two runs. William Fockler (Alma College) earned the win throwing 2.2 innings with one strikeout allowing three hits, two runs, and two walks. The Thunder Bay Border Cats delivered an offensive explosion to dominate the Eau Claire Express 25-6. Ayden Hadley (Sacramento State University (CA)) went 2-for-3 scoring three times with three RBIs.
