Katy Olive (Miami University (OH)) went 1-for-2 with a triple, driving in two runs, scoring twice, and stealing two bases. Ava Parent (University of Wisconsin – Madison) was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run scored. For La Crosse, Preslynn Baker (John Melvin Christian College) went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run. Kaylie Frydenlund (SIU-Edwardsville) went 2-for-3 with a triple and scored twice. Kylinn Stangl (University of Minnesota) earned the win, throwing 3.1 innings with three strikeouts while allowing four hits, one run, and one walk.
Minot 14, Grand Forks 1
The Honeybees are in full control, exploding for a massive nine-run fourth inning and continuing to pour it on in a dominant 14–1 performance over the Spitfires through six innings. Sara Simon (West Liberty University) had a day at the plate, going 3-for-4, including a solo home run and a bases-clearing double, finishing with five RBI and scoring three runs. Reagan Winn (West Virginia Wesleyan College) went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Clare Rettler (Carthage College) went 2-for-4, scoring once, driving in one run, and stealing one base. For Grand Forks, Alex Graham (Weatherford College) was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 including a double and driving in one run. Makenna Alexander (University of North Dakota) went 2-for-3 with a double. Parker Rowden (Lafayette College) turned in a strong outing, throwing five innings with seven strikeouts while allowing eight hits, four walks, and one run.
