Madison and Lakeshore delivered a classic pitcher’s duel in a 1–0 battle, while Royal Oak’s 13–0 rout of Richmond and Minot’s 11–6 win over Mankato highlighted the day’s biggest offensive outbursts. Thunder Bay and Waterloo traded punches in a one-run thriller, and multiple games came down to late innings across the slate.

Traverse City continued its strong run, picking up a pair of wins over Battle Creek and extending its streak to four straight victories. 

Traverse City 6, Battle Creek 5

The Pit Spitters rallied from an early four-run deficit to defeat the Battle Jacks 6–5.Colin Sander (Indiana State University) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run. Sam Kaczmarek (William and Mary) went 2-for-4 with a double, driving in two runs and scoring once. For Battle Creek, Dayne Wimberly (Southeastern College) went 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run scored, and three stolen bases. Payton Bookwalter (Gardner-Webb University) went 3-for-5 with a double, driving in one run and stealing a base. Charlie Wolf (Princeton University) earned the win, throwing two scoreless innings with three strikeouts while allowing one hit and two walks. David Heefner (Dallas Baptist University) recorded the save, throwing a perfect inning and striking out two of the three batters he faced to close out the game.

Richmond 3, Royal Oak 1

The Flying Mummies defeated the Leprechauns 3–1 in a seven-inning contest, scoring in the first, third, and fifth innings to build a lead they would not relinquish. Cal Schembra (University of Illinois) went 1-for-3 with two RBI. Eli Bennett (Indiana University) went 1-for-1 with a double. Jackson Thomas (Georgetown University) went 2-for-3, scoring once and stealing a base. For Royal Oak, Cash Van Ameyde (Oakland University) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run. Danny Harris (Mesa CC) earned the win, throwing seven innings with four strikeouts while allowing four hits and one run.

Badlands 4, Willmar 3

The Big Sticks edged the Stingers 4–3 in a tightly contested seven-inning game. Badlands broke a 1–1 tie with two runs in the fifth inning and added an insurance run in the seventh that proved to be the difference. Cooper Rasmussen (Florida International University) went 1-for-4 with a double, driving in one run and scoring once. Chris Fox (University of New Orleans) went 2-for-4 with one RBI. Jalen Evans (Kansas State University) went 1-for-3, scoring once and stealing three bases. For Willmar, Max Buettenback (University of Nebraska) went 2-for-3 with a pair of solo home runs. Ismael Quintero (Cal State LA) earned the win, throwing six innings with nine strikeouts while allowing five hits and three runs. Gavyn Schlotterback (University of Kansas) recorded the save, throwing a perfect inning and striking out one of the three batters he faced to close out the game.

Thunder Bay 7, Waterloo 6

The Border Cats edged the Bucks 7–6 in a back-and-forth contest. Thunder Bay answered nearly every Waterloo rally, building a lead with runs in five different innings and holding off a late push from the Bucks. Jesus Vazquez (University of Hawaii) went 1-for-3, driving in one run, scoring twice, and stealing two bases. Colin Fisher (University of Houston) went 1-for-4 with two RBI. Lincoln Pack drove in two runs and scored twice. For Waterloo, MJ Sweeney (Wichita State University) went 2-for-3 with two RBI, while Dane Most (Iowa Western CC) went 1-for-3 and scored three times. Alex Uher (Midland CC (TX)) earned the win, throwing 1.1 scoreless and hitless innings with two strikeouts while allowing one walk.

Madison 1, Lakeshore 0

The Mallards edged the Chinooks 1–0 in a classic pitcher’s duel. Both teams were held scoreless through eight innings as pitching dominated on both sides, but Madison broke through in the bottom of the eighth to plate the lone run of the game. Aaron Holland (UW-Whitewater) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run. Marcelino Alonso (Indiana State University) stole two bases. Talan Holiday (University of North Carolina) set the tone with a dominant start, throwing five scoreless innings with four strikeouts while allowing three walks and one hit. Paul Green (University of Missouri) earned the win, throwing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts while allowing three hits and one walk. Eli Hoyt (University of Louisville) recorded the save, throwing a scoreless, hitless inning with two strikeouts and one walk.

Traverse City 9, Battle Creek 4

The Pit Spitters defeated the Battle Jacks 9–4 in a strong all-around performance, pulling away with a steady offensive surge after a scoreless start. Zach Kucharczyk (Davenport University) went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run scored, and three stolen bases. Jacob Kucharczyk (Penn State University) went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run scored, and one stolen base. Colin Sander (Indiana State University) went 1-for-2 with a double and scored twice. Bryce Suiter (Texas Tech University) earned the win, throwing 2.2 scoreless, hitless innings while striking out six of the eight batters he faced and allowing just one walk.

La Crosse 9, Wisconsin Rapids 4

The Loggers defeated the Rafters 9–4, using a four-run fifth inning to pull away after a closely contested start. Carson Ohland (Grand Canyon University) went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run. Logan De Groot (Northwestern University) went 2-for-3, scoring three times and stealing a base. Kelsen Johnson (Georgia SW State University) went 1-for-3 with two RBI. For Wisconsin Rapids, Colin Spear (University of the Pacific) went 2-for-3, including a three-run home run, finishing with four RBI. Sahil Patel (Ohio State University) earned the win, throwing five innings with nine strikeouts while allowing four walks, four runs, and three hits.

Duluth 4, Eau Claire 2

The Huskies rallied past the Express 4–2, scoring three runs in the seventh inning to erase a deficit and take control. Anthony Cepeda (Wichita State University) went 2-for-4, scoring once and driving in one run. Abe Ahlberg (Colorado Mesa University) went 1-for-1 and scored twice. For Eau Claire, Cade Palkowski (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) went 3-for-4 with a double, while Anthony Martinez (Bradley University) went 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Brent Godina (UC Riverside) earned the win, throwing 1.2 scoreless innings with three strikeouts while allowing two hits and one walk. Pierce Anderson (Grand View University) recorded the save, throwing 2.1 scoreless innings with six strikeouts while allowing one hit and two walks.

Minot 11, Mankato 6

The Hot Tots outlasted the MoonDogs 11–6 in a high-scoring, back-and-forth contest. Chris Daniels (New Mexico State University) went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run, finishing with three RBI. Andrew Clapinski (LSU-Eunice CC) went 2-for-4 with a double, driving in two runs and scoring once. Christian Stratis (The Citadel) went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and scored twice. For Mankato, Max Senesac (Golden West) went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, driving in one run and scoring once. Liam Ebbs (Wofford College) went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles, driving in one run and scoring twice. Reagan Smith (Nelson University) earned the win, throwing five innings with one strikeout while allowing seven hits, five runs, and two walks.

Kalamazoo 9, Rockford 1

The Growlers defeated the Rivets 9–1, breaking the game open with a three-run sixth inning before adding three more runs in the ninth. Josh Campbell (University of Michigan) went 1-for-5, scoring once, driving in two runs, and stealing a base. Hutson Chance (University of Tennessee) scored twice and stole three bases. Charlie Caruso (Northwestern University) went 1-for-1 and scored twice. For Rockford, Zan Von Schlegell (University of St. Thomas (MN)) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run. RJ Anglin (Huntington University) earned the win, throwing 5.1 innings with eight strikeouts while allowing five hits, two walks, and one run.

Wausau 10, Fond du Lac 1

The Woodchucks defeated the Dock Spiders 10–1 in a six-inning contest, breaking open a close game with an eight-run fifth inning. Gatlin Pitts (Western Kentucky University) went 2-for-3 with a double, driving in two runs, scoring once, and stealing a base. Kyler Northrop (Washington State University) went 1-for-2 with a triple, recording two RBI and one run scored. Jake Berkland (University of Kansas) went 3-for-4, scoring three times, driving in one run, and stealing three bases. For Fond du Lac, Carson Willis (University of Arkansas) went 1-for-2 with a solo home run. L.J. Drummond (University of Miami (FL)) earned the win, throwing five innings with seven strikeouts while allowing three hits, three walks, and one run.

Kenosha 8, Green Bay 2

The Kingfish defeated the Rockers 8–2, jumping out early with five runs in the first two innings and never relinquishing control. Kenosha added late insurance to secure a comfortable win while limiting Green Bay to just three hits. Dawson Downs (UC Santa Barbara) went 3-for-5, including a solo home run and a double, finishing with three RBI and two runs scored. Hunter Snyder (Columbia University) went 1-for-5, scoring once, driving in one run, and stealing a base. Brian Gould (Creighton University) went 3-for-4, including a double, scoring once and stealing three bases. For Green Bay, Coleman Lewis (Georgia Tech) went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run. Jake Storey (University of Northern Colorado) earned the win, throwing six innings with five strikeouts while allowing three hits, two runs, and two walks. Sotaro Ishida (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) recorded the save, throwing three scoreless, hitless innings with two strikeouts while allowing two walks.

Minnesota 7, Rochester 1

The Mud Puppies defeated the Honkers 7–1 in a seven-inning game, breaking open a scoreless contest with a seven-run fifth inning. Brayden Kohls (Gustavus Adolphus College) went 2-for-4, including a three-run home run. Owen Bond (Creighton University) went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run. Max Pederson (Winona State University) went 1-for-2, scoring once and stealing two bases. Teagan Yotter (Hamline University) earned the win, throwing five hitless innings with six strikeouts while allowing six walks and no earned runs.

Royal Oak 13, Richmond 0

The Leprechauns erupted late to defeat the Flying Mummies 13–0 in a dominant seven-inning performance, breaking open a scoreless game with an unbelievable 12-run seventh inning. Patrick Ilitch (Villanova University) went 1-for-2 with four RBI and one run scored. Jack Dauer (Yale University) went 1-for-3 with a double, driving in two runs and scoring twice. Carson Raether (Miami University (OH)) went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run scored. Michael Giroux (Grand Valley State University) earned the win, throwing 2.2 scoreless innings with two strikeouts while allowing five hits and one walk.

St. Cloud 5, Bismarck 1

The Rox defeated the Larks 5–1 behind steady offense and strong pitching. St. Cloud scored in three different innings and limited Bismarck to just four hits to secure the win. Aidan Mouton (University of Kansas) went 1-for-2 with three RBI and one stolen base. Cole Decker (Indiana University) scored twice and stole three bases. Garrett Shull (Oklahoma State University) went 1-for-3, scoring twice and stealing three bases. Brock Toney (Grand Canyon University) earned the win, throwing five innings with five strikeouts while allowing two hits, one run, and one walk. Brandon Jaenke (University of Minnesota) shut the door, throwing a perfect final inning and striking out two of the three batters he faced.

Badlands 6, Willmar 3

The Big Sticks defeated the Stingers 6–3, pulling away late with runs in the sixth and seventh innings to secure the win. Davis Goodwin (Cal State Bakersfield) went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run. Jackson Ellison (Liberty University) went 1-for-3 with two RBI. For Willmar, Luke DeVine (Santa Clara University) went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a stolen base. Evan Bogart (Cloud County CC) earned the win, throwing five innings with three strikeouts while allowing seven walks, three runs, and three hits. Jackson Baker (Kansas State University) recorded the save, throwing two perfect innings with two strikeouts.
