The Ignite broke the game open early with a five-run third inning and never looked back, cruising to a 15–5 victory over the Spitfires in six innings. Mia Johnson (University of Wisconsin-Parkside) stayed red-hot at the plate, going 4-for-4 with a pair of home runs, four RBI, and four runs scored. Brooke Steinhorst (Loyola University Chicago) went 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Gabriela Sosa (Purdue University) was an RBI machine, going 1-for-4 with a grand slam and finishing with six RBI. Maya Rudy (Benedictine University) went 1-for-2, scoring twice and stealing two bases, while Claire Calmes (University of Wisconsin) finished 2-for-3 with a double and scored three times. For Grand Forks, Shannon Cunningham (San Diego State University) went 2-for-2 with a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored. Ally Hetzel (University of Washington) finished 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a stolen base. Zoey Mills (East Florida State CC) earned the win, tossing five innings while allowing eight hits and five runs, walking five, and striking out three.

The Steam used a pair of multi-run innings to take control and held off a late rally from the Habaneros for a 6–4 victory. Josie Brudos (Winona State University) went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Avary Makarewicz (University of Tennessee-Martin) finished 2-for-2 with a double, two runs scored, two stolen bases, and one RBI. Madelyn Birling (John Melvin) went 1-for-2 with a double, driving in two runs. For Mankato, Olivia Pichardo (University of California) went 2-for-3 with a triple, one RBI, and one run scored. Rachel Mori (UNC-Pembroke) earned the win, pitching 6.1 innings while allowing four hits, two earned runs, and two walks.
