Royal Oak 3, St. Cloud 1

The Royal Oak Leprechauns are champions! Royal Oak rallied for three runs in the eighth inning to defeat St. Cloud 3–1 and claim the NWL Championship. The Leprechauns overcame a 1–0 deficit late before shutting down the Rox in the ninth to secure the title. Luke Kosko (University of Cincinnati) went 2-for-4 with two RBI. Connor Larkin (University of Oklahoma) went 1-for-3, scoring once. For St. Cloud, Jackson Legg (Georgia Gwinnett College) went 1-for-1 and stole one base. Nolan Geislinger (University of Oregon) went 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Jack Sequin (Saginaw Valley State University) set the tone, throwing six scoreless innings with five strikeouts while allowing four hits and four walks. Liam Baker (Eastern Michigan University) earned the win, throwing two innings with one strikeout while allowing one hit, one run, and one walk. Ethan Reidy (Oakland University) earned the save, throwing one perfect inning to close out the championship victory.
