Waterloo, IA (June 6th, 2013)–Luke Vandermaten (Iowa Central CC) threw eight shutout innings in a 4-0 victory over Waterloo.
Through 14 innings, Vandermaten has a dazzling 1.92 ERA. After getting a no decision in his first outing of the year, Luke was able to grab the win on Thursday while striking out five Bucks hitters.
The Huskies will travel to Willmar for a Friday night showdown with the Stingers at 7:05.
