Madison native, Brett Benesh, went 3-for-4 with one run scored and one RBI in a 5-2 win against the Battle Creek Bombers. Benesh, a junior from Wisconsin-Platteville, is currently hitting .375 in 14 at-bats while playing left field for the Mallards. While at Platteville he started 41 games and hit .380 with 34 RBI, 13 doubles and led the team with 63 hits in 2010.
